“2024 Korea Construction Safety Expo” will be held at KINTEX in Goyang from October 16 to 18, where you can meet advanced construction and industrial safety solutions in one place. This year marks the 6th anniversary of the K-Con Safety Expo is sponsored by government agencies such as the Ministry of Employment and Labor, as well as over 40 construction and safety-related organizations, It has served as a platform for networking between contractors and construction companies seeking construction safety solutions and companies possessing smart safety technologies, contributing to market expansion and the dissemination of advanced technologies.
In particular, in Korea, the Serious Accident Punishment Act will be applied to workplaces with five or more employees from this year, and this part will be actively highlighted at the fair.
This year, a special operation of the “Advanced Safety Industry Section” is being conducted, applicable to various construction and industrial sites, to support broader networking opportunities for buyers and participating companies.
With many companies currently applying, HanlimCE Corp, Hulan, Halder-Roemheld Korea LTD, Gaon Tech, Safeware, and DOIT are confirmed to participate this year.
Furthermore, there are plans to enhance the achievements of participating companies through strengthened supplementary events compared to the previous year.
The confirmed supplementary events include the Construction Safety Leaders Forum, VIP in the construction safety industry gather, the Construction Safety Practitioners Association Buyer Consultation Meeting, booth visits by major buyers and institutions through group tours, and open seminars. This year, unlike previous years, there will also be an Overseas Buyer Export Consultation Meeting targeting international construction/industrial safety buyers.
And, The “2024 K-Con Safety Expo” will be held as a large-scale exhibition utilizing the entire 54,000 square meters, with five exhibitions running concurrently during the event period, sharing attendees (2024 Asia Concrete Expo, Korea Metal Week 2024, Korea Auto Industry & Global TransporTech Show, Tool Tech+Smart Welding Automation Fair 2024).
